I like being able to look up a watch and easily find both private and business sellers. My home town has high dealer prices so being able to shop around is great.

I always get top service from Fenixtorch. Delivery is quick and has not failed so far.

This was my first purchase with them and it all went very well. The descriptions of watches were comprehensive and I was able to get exactly what I wanted.

As usual, I got what I ordered quickly. The trousers are a great fit.

I have used this company several times and have never been let down.

I bought shoes from Millets that never arrived at my address. Not only that, but they were returned by the courier within 24 hours so it was physically impossible for them to have even attempted delivery. When I asked Millets to explain what was going on, all I received was this request for feedback. So here it is. In future I will shop somewhere else. Millets clearly does not value my business. I do not even know yet whether I got my money back.

As usual the customer service is excellent. The order (and there have been a few) always arrives quickly and well packaged. I've had no reason to complain yet and the only time I changed my mind, they responded immediately.

As always I ordered a new Fenix because I wanted more light. The TK35UE certainly provided that. The interface is not as good as my PD35 Tactical but it is certainly bright.

I now own several Fenix torches / flashlights. My most recent purchase was a gift for my son in law and is the updated version of my favourite. Service is always excellent and I have never been disappointed.
