AND you have to phone them to complain - trust me they do not want me to phone them I'm fuming!!

Since ASDA recently updated their app I have had no end of issues - the app is really slow, I have not be refunded for returned items, order dates are incorrectly shown on the app - even the poor driver didn't know if he was delivering the right order to the right person!!, order amendments being ignored even though the app indicated they've gone through.

Sort it out ASDA!! the old app worked perfectly. At least test new IT / upgrades before annoying / stressing out both your customers and delivery staff

Simple ordering and fast despatch, 3 star rating due to crap courier - who having rung my doorbell proceeded to batter on my front door literally as the bell finished ringing. Then once I'd opened the door my box was dumped, upside down on a wet, rain soaked drive. The courier made no effort to hand over the parcel and prevented me from retrieving it whilst he snapped a picture.

Do yourselves a favour - get a different courier company, they've really let down what was an excellent service.

Wow! What brilliant customer service :) Literally minutes after placing my order I got a phone call and delivery was agreed for 2 days time. Placed the order Wed morning, delivery received Fri morning.

My item was a bargin, great staff and very swift delivery. Sadly this was a one off purchase for a big birthday, otherwise I would use FairDeal Music again. I really cannot recommend them hightly enough

Plenty of update by email and text regarding my delivery and I got a call and text when the team were approx. 40 minutes away. Delivered within the window specified.

Hasim and Denis were polite and dropped my rather large and heavy item where I requested.

I have recommended Octopus to so many people and am even prepared to pay a little more for my energy, simply because they make managing my bills so easy.

I have opted not to have a smart meter so provide monthly readings, which I am usually sent an email prompt for.

I ordered a USB Type C Enclosure with USB Hub for 3.5" or 2.5" HDD / SSD on Fri 2 Aug 24 and received the invoice, swiftly followed by the confirmation of order shipping within minutes.

Automated response I thought - how wrong could I be!! by 1600 Sat 3 Aug 24 my (extremely well wrapped) parcel had been delivered to my chosen collection point.

You can't be that for service!! Bonus - the items was £30 cheaper than anywhere else on line too

I called into store to enquire about the Hays Travel Money Card. The staff were very approachable and able to answer all my questions.

Hayley, who set up the Travel Money Card was great - making sure I had the app loaded and could get into it before I left the store.

I feel so much happier about my holiday spending now :)

Timeslot texted to me as expected, phone call from driver when they were 10 mins away. A quick delivery from 2 polite and professional individuals.

I used to LOVE PG Tips but since they've changed from the pyramid design back to a normal teabag they are quite frankly crap. Tea comes out grey and I'm having to use 2 tea bags to get a remotely strong cuppa - not good with the increase in price for a smaller box.

I've even started experimenting with other brands to get a good, strong cup of tea.

As I have a very small budget to brighten up our planters at work, Budget Seeds was a great discovery for me. A huge range of seeds, with all the information you require to grow them - just online and brillant prices!! I purchased a really wide selection of annuals and added some for my own garden too.

I'm not the most patient so growing from seed is not usually my preferred option but at these prices I can happily afford to give it a try.

Seed packets are clearly marked and arrived in a jiffy bag - not bad for £1.30 capped postage!! Dispatch and receipt was really quick too.

On receiving my parcel with no order / despatch documentation I went on to my account to locate the order number, which was required to generate a return.
Problem 1 - the order is not shown!

Thank goodness I paid via Paypal as a large amount of information that I didn't know off of the top of my head (order date) was required in order for customer services to be able to give me the order number.

Problem 2: Item returned and refund recieved BUT again due to the lack of order details I believed I had been under refunded. A long wait later I eventually found out that I had paid P&P and the refund was correct.

All in all not brilliant experience and this has put me off ordering from Yours Clothing again.

Customer service rep who repeatedly fails to keep telephone appointments, then phones an hour later with unbeliveable excuses!!! So fed up I am looking to move elsewhere.

Pre ordered a hippo bag and collection on line with a special offer code. The bag was delivered within two days and collected one day after booking.

The collection was so quite I didn't even realise they has been!

One observation - the contents pick list is quite specific. I had to pick the best option and put notes in the notes for drivers box.

Fast delivery and very quick returns I cannot fault Quiz's customer service.

Only a slight niggle though - why are all the petite length dresses not only short styles but not available in the Curve range. I had to have 3 inches + chopped of the bottom of my lovely dress to fit me in heels!! I'm 5' 3" and my shoes are an additional 3 3/4", and still it was a major trip hazard

I purchased 3 books all listed as very good condition. 1 was immaculate, the other 2 in good condition. I contacted World of Books explaining my issue and requesting a partial refund on my order. I received a positive reponse by the next day and the refund immediately after that.

With free, fast delivery (order was received within a few days) and a positive customer service experience I would recommend this company.

The order was fulfilled extremely promptly but sadly I recieved completely the wrong item initally. 1 quick phone call later and the right item was on the way, no arguments or hassle.

Great customer service and a huge range of products.

Oh and they text you to let you know when the order is going to be despatched, with the option to amend the delivery day if you want, followed by a 2nd text with approx. delivery times! Fantastic
