Fantastic customer service once again from Bathroom supplies. I cannot praise highly enough, the customer care provided by Brad in particular.
This is the second occasion I’ve contacted Brad in approximately four years, and each time he has been very helpful with advice on products, and was extremely helpful in solving an issue with another company.

Problem solved! I came across the Dog-G8 whilst searching for a stair gate to fit our front door. I read all the great reviews, phoned the company and spoke to a very friendly gentleman named Chris, who answered all my queries and explained how to fit the gate, providing details on the photos I emailed of the door.
I was a little concerned, as neither my husband or I are great at DIY but the gate took literally 5 minutes to fit! Also, the stick on pads seem to be strong enough to hold in place. We have kept the screws but would rather not use on our lovely wooden door. Lemmy our wheaten terrier can no longer escape!

Dire customer service! Bought a Laufen pro toilet 8 years ago as always purchase “quality” products, within a couple of years the first toilet seat cracked by my husband, merely sitting off centre of the toilet seat (I will add that no one in the household weighs over 11 stone)
Laufen refused to replace. I purchased a second soft close removable seat which lasted one year! I forgot the lid was down and sat on it (I weigh 8 stone 7) It immediately cracked in half, pinching my skin in the process. Laufen have once again refused to replace it. Word of warning, I think these lids are for show purpose and Not to be used, who would think that you can’t safely sit on a loo seat!

Beautifully wrapped and protected, delivery was very prompt. I did expect more stems for the money but otherwise happy with my order

So pleased to have discovered Sole bliss shoes, they have been the best find! For the first time in years I can wear comfortable shoes, which are wide enough and have sufficient padding for my wide, bunion and problematic feet! Have even found some heels to wear to my son’s wedding in July

Almost all Evri delivery person follows instructions, is always punctual and friendly. Occasionally parcels are left at my front door, in view of the passing traffic but this is a rare occasion, normally parcels are left at the side door, out of view - thank you
