Can't trust this company anymore...... ordered a fairing holder in February, still nothing & it's October. Said I'd receive a full refund over 10 working days ago, still nothing & now there ignoring all emails.

Best of all, I ordered the part I need from the company that makes the part in Czech Republic on Monday. Today is Friday & I have the part already, so what have Reactive Parts been doing for 8 Months??

I just got my new jacket today and it's perfect in every way.

SeAnn was in contact the whole time, first making sure I had ordered the correct size, then letting me know the order was sent to be made and finally letting me know it was on it's way.
