Jonathan was easy to talk to when describing our situation, and took time to do a thorough examination of the environment, both internally and externally.

He took multiple photographs, which he shared with us, and explained the process of making an award very clearly.

Overall we were very happy with the service received from Bluegrass Surveying and would recommend to anyone looking for party wall services.

The pies are delicious, but the cellophane wrapping around some of them was split when they arrived. I don't think that this affects the longevity of the pies as I froze them immediately on receipt.

Easy to find the right cottage but a bit frustrating to not be able to book directly online.

I now understand that the owner has chosen not to take direct online bookings but she did respond very very quickly and the communication and booking was very smooth.

The Website itself was very easy to use and I was able to find all the details I needed to make my choice.

The product quality and build is very good and at a good price too.

I was a bit put off by the high delivery charge, £39, if I wanted to pick my own slot or if I wasn't able to be there at their chosen time and had to rearrange.

However it worked out fine in the end and I'd buy from them again

Good showroom that allowed plenty of different ranges to be looked at and the quality assessed. All items looked well made and finished.
Ordering was easy although I was surprised by the penalties if I had to change the booked delivery slot for any reason, which is why I've marked down to a 4.

When the furniture arrived the delivery guys brought it in with no fuss and explained the unwrapping to me and the need to check for damage etc.

Once unwrapped the dresser was easy to assemble and looks great.
