Purchased 3str and chair Leather in December 22,then after a couple of months the seat cushions started to go flat,contacted sales transfered to customers service Who completely ignored all my emails and phone calls also had a policy with Castlelan who also would have NOTHING to do with complaints, told me to go back to Leekes, Items are 16months old but look like 5 years of hard wear ,with only 2 people in property using it
NEVER BUY FROM LEEKES AGAIN ,I also worked for Leekes in Llantrisant, no special treatment for ex employees.
