The BG adviser was very kind, knowledgeable, patient and helpful with a good sense of humour. She helped sort a boiler repair appointment really quickly & was understanding about my mum's age, frailty and the need to be warm in her house.
That said no one is happy about the astronomical increase in the cost of energy bills for the average worker, when energy providers are making obscene profits!

The range of cards and pics is good, but the price of the gifts is fairly high in comparison to other online shops. Also, if you are going to sell gifts with the cards then you need more variety. Adjusting this will give you better long-term sales.

Only minor drawback is a lack of easily accessible phone contact, which many customers would prefer. however they are always very prompt with replies to email enquiries. Still the cheapest and best couriers by far!
