This isn't your typical "boo hoo, I never win" review. I actually hit the jackpot a year ago, snagging a 55-inch TV, a wedge and putter combo, and £2500 in TUI holiday vouchers. My issue goes deeper – it's about their algorithm. I strongly suspect it favours new Revcomp members over loyal, long-term ones like myself. We're being treated like nothing more than cash cows.
Over the past 14 months, I've been trying cars, watches, and mobiles, racking up a total of 11,484 tickets (I wish they were the cheap tickets) not a single win. I could have probably bought my own but were is the fun in that. And congrats to DC for winning two cars on Friday, March 20th – a Porsche and a Land Rover – and a Mercedes back in January. It just feels like the odds are stacked against the rest of us. I am a loyal revhead and will continue trying my luck but something needs to change.

Hi Lisa,
Thanks for playing our competitions and supporting us for some time and congratulations on winning several prizes with us in the past 🤝
To answer your concerns about the algorithm - put simply, there is no algorithm. All our competitions are simply random generated numbers within the range of numbers available for that draw.
For live draws we use the Ball Machine watched by thousands of Rev Heads twice a week. It uses air pressure in each drum to spin the balls and at a random interval the ball hopper (at the top) opens to receive a random winning ball to make up the overall winning number. There is no way this can favour any number, it's completely mechanical and entirely random.
Likewise, the auto draws use a random number generator that works just like the google RNG. It simply takes the range of numbers available for that draw and generates a completely random number within that range. There is no algorithm whatsoever involved, and when the winning number is drawn at random the system has no idea who has that number, how long they have been a Rev Head, if they have won before, how many tickets they have etc. Its only after the number is drawn and passed back to our system that the process looks up who has that number and announces the winner, in the same way the team look up the winner manually in the entry list on the live draws.
On both systems should an unsold number be drawn we simply draw again until we find a winner.
As regards the double winner on the draw last Friday (20th March), another long term Rev Head - we've ran live draws twice a week for almost 7 years now, so it was inevitable at some point we would get a double winner in the same draw - in fact its happened twice now.
Please bear in mind the Land Rover draw was a mega low odds draw with just 699 tickets available, it was undersold, and the winner had 10 tickets - that is by far the best odds of any competition site.
Also, while we have the lowest max ticket limits per person of any competition site to encourage fair play, a small number of Rev Heads play hard and often max out draws every week, so may win several times. However every single number in every draw has exactly the same chance of winning as any other number, and the vast majority of our big prize winners only have 1 or 2 tickets and have never won a big prize before.
I'm really sorry to hear you haven't won for a while, as you say you are one of our loyal Rev Heads for many years, but there really isn't anything we can change as there is no algorithm or system in place that can be changed - its simple randomly generated numbers and pure luck.
Thanks again for supporting us for so long and I wish you the best of luck with any future tickets.
