Terrible packaging.
It is impossible to open the cardboard packaging as instructed, it is incredible fiddly.
I dont know how on earth they came up with this design and decided to use it.
Ive had several packs and it never works.
Having a product where you need to fight with the packaging for 10-15 minutes before giving up and just breaking it open with scissors - dreadful
in terms of cleaning, the washing machine tablets seem fine.

It’s not the experience we want for our customers, and we completely understand how annoying it must be to struggle to open the packs, especially repeatedly. The packaging has been designed to be child impending as per guidelines we need to follow and environmentally friendly as possible, but it should still be easy to use, so we’re sorry this hasn’t been the case for you.
