Very high dose of Vitamin B5

I understand that taking a supplement and its results differs from one person to the next and specifically with acne it is very personal. However this supplement has a very high dose of vitamin B5 which can trigger acne and cause inflammation which leads to cystic acne. keep this in mind when taking this, it is not the same as purging, my skin got the worst its been in years and when i stopped taking it , it only took 3 days for my acne to calm down. Its important to track the process and be mindful of the difference between a purge and a breakout.

Hi Zoey,

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and for making the distinction between purging and a true breakout reaction. That's genuinely important, and we appreciate you raising it.

B5 at therapeutic doses is well-researched for acne, but you're absolutely right that individual responses vary, and what works for most doesn't work for everyone. Your experience matters, and we'd like to understand it better.

We've requested more information and hope to connect with you directly so we can look into this properly.

Best,
Cloudless Support
