Happy with Springbridge, easy ordering process and good communication from them. The reason for my 4 stars instead of 5, is that the company they used to transport the pallet with lawn top dressing, sent me several updates advising that my delivery would be on Fri the 13th of March 2026 in a specific afternoon time slot. I waited for it to arrive, but it only arrived on Mon the 16th of Mar. This is somewhat annoying.
