The 3D printer and web app is great, but I had an experience that I wish to share. My 7-year-old son was clicking around to get to the page in the portal where he could print something he was trying to print. Somehow he accidentally upgraded from Plus to Pro. It immediately charged $20. When I told support about what happened, they said, and I quote,
"unfortunately, we’re unable to issue a refund for the accidental charge".

EDIT: after I posted this review, they gave me a refund, so I've changed my rating to 4 stars, because I love the printer, and the platform, and the company seems pretty good too.
