I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent visit to your establishment. Unfortunately, the experience fell well below the standard I would expect from a professional and customer-focused venue.
To begin with, the meals served were quite frankly repulsive. The quality and presentation were unacceptable, and it left me feeling extremely disappointed.
Additionally, the conduct of the staff was appalling. Throughout my visit, they were openly bickering behind the tills and displaying rude and unprofessional behaviour toward one another. Witnessing this created an uncomfortable atmosphere and conveyed a complete lack of cohesion and customer care.
The overall cleanliness of the premises was also absolutely atrocious. The environment felt neglected to the point that I personally felt unclean and uncomfortable during the entirety of my 40-minute stay. This is particularly concerning, as cleanliness is a fundamental expectation in any hospitality setting.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these issues promptly. As a customer, I value a welcoming, clean, and professional environment, and I believe it is in your best interest to ensure these standards are met consistently
