They stole my money
I have sent my clothes back with a tracked return with Royal Mail. This parcel has been delivered back to the depot but Koko Bay have not sent my refund - absolutely terrible customer service with no reply to my emails and I have now lost a considerable amount of money which I will need to get back. If this is not resolved by the Koko Bay team I will be proceeding with filing this as fraud. Koko Bay team, please contact me ASAP
