Hopeless Insurance company
I had a very bad experience working at Acko. Office politics exist everywhere, but the situation here felt excessive. The management environment was quite challenging, and internal politics often made work difficult.
From a claims perspective as well, the process seemed frustrating. In many cases, claims were only processed after escalation to social media or higher management, which created additional workload for claim handlers. At times, even legitimate claims faced unnecessary delays. Non medical background managers operating medical clams I don’t even know what are their qualifications, little to no knowledge of medical rejecting every claims.
Based on my experience, it would be better to carefully consider other companies for employment or insurance rather than choosing this one.
