Product not received

I have ordered several times from this merchant. My last order for 161.92 was never received. FedEx showed it was sent to a completely different address. After 6 emails, contact forms, etc, I have not heard anything back except for an emailed form letter stating they have received my inquirys and that they are very busy. I have had to file a dispute with my credit card company. So disappointed!
