As someone who has a huge phobia of all things dental (bad experiences with other providers in the past), I have now been attending this practice for 12 years. During that time, I have seen various different team members and have found without exception that they are professional, friendly and very patient and understanding.
Any treatment recommended outside of my monthly payment plan has been carefully explained and justified and I feel confident in undergoing any recommended treatments.
The team are always aware both of any existing medical conditions and my anxiety in this environment and I certainly appreciate that they take the time to reassure.
