Well... it was an experience.
Paying for next-day delivery from DR Bikes appears to mean paying extra to learn patience. “In stock” seems to be a decorative phrase, and customer service responses feel less like updates and more like improvisation. If PayPal refunds were a loyalty scheme, it would be the most reliable part of the transaction.

we do apologise but we dont post on christmas day for next day delivery on boxing day but we did reply to tell you this to your emails when was closed
