Got may k10 in February of 2025-…

Got may k10 in February of 2025- November 2025 and 200 miles, ran great out the box with no issues fast and strong dual motor dual battery, got a code 10 I reached out to the company and after a few emails, pictures and diagnostic attempts they said they will send out parts to fix it and they did they sent out a new controller and supporting wire harness. The emails are a little frustrating for someone that doesn’t really know how to do back-and-forth with emails “me” but at the end they did right and the bike is running great again thank you Jessica. I wold recommend the product
