I ordered an electrical item from their…

I ordered an electrical item from their website
however the item they sent was a totally different model , which did not include a traditional charger ,so i asked the question why did you send me this without asking me ?
All they could say was return it if you want.
I asked for a small partial refund to purchase an appropriate charger .....but after many emails and much elapsed time , no just return it if you want.
I dont call that excellent customer service , its just a dumb reply from dumb people .

Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback in relation to your recent experience with us.
Having looked into this, I can see that, due to updates, we sent out a newer model of the item you had previously purchased. Unfortunately, we had not updated our website to reflect this update.
I cannot see that there has been any returns details sent out to you regarding this issue and therefore am assuming that you have decided to keep this item.
If you still need to return this, you can request this by logging into your online account and raising there.
As we, Zoro UK, have now ceased trading, all the information you need will be through your account as after Friday 28th, the phone lines will also close.
