Vapes Malfunction - No Response w/ Customer Serivce

Three of the four vapes I purchased, would not accept a recharge. They were all EVO DOZO. The fourth an EvoBar, worked fine.
I called the number listed as "Contact" on the website - VM was full. It said you can SMS. So I texted this complaint. I never heard back.
I don't know if you discounted these units because you knew they were defective or what.
What I know for certain, it that it should be easier to contact a retailer who is legitimate. And to expect products to work as they are designed.
