Brilliant Service! I have bought 3 bikes (and a good few accessories) from these guys and they are just great to deal with. Despite not being the archetypal "fit cyclist" (and not by some way!), they are always happy to spend time and explain things.
I recently had an ebike stolen whilst away in Derbyshire but a phone call to the shop resulted in all the info I needed from them to report the theft and an order to replace it made at the same time. I picked up my new ebike yesterday and I'm absolutely delighted with both it and the service yet again.
With apologies to those members of staff whose names I can't remember (70 yr old brain!) who have helped me but to Gemma, Ivan and Chris in particular, thanks you for everything - I really appreciate it all.
