Placed an order 12 weeks ago & was…

Placed an order 12 weeks ago & was repeatedly told it was in the process of being dispatched . Constantly lied to . Asked 3 times for customer complaints procedure and it still hasn’t arrived . Yesterday was told it was dispatched & today advised it’s cancelled . These people are a joke

Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you encountered these issues with your order, and that it was never fulfilled from it being placed in September. Please also accept my apologies that you didn't receive the information needed in order to raise a complaint with us.
Your order was cancelled due to us not having a definite due date on when we were going to receive more stock of this, you should have been kept up-to-date with what was going on with this.
Unfortunately, I can't offer to look into this any further (as we would normally do) as Zoro UK has now ceased trading.
