Purchased a six foot ladder, on delivery it proved to be unsuitable for requirements, phoned Amanda at Henchman and upgraded to the eight foot model the exchange was amazingly completed within four days. The bigger tripod ladder is already in full use and my only regret is that I didn't buy such a ladder years ago. So versatile and rock stable compared to wobbly the extension ladder I have been using in the garden .
