My daughter used class tutor since the beginning of year 10 GCSEs until the end of her year 11 final exams in June this year.
Throughout the 18 months it took time to get a regular tutor who was experienced in core subjects Maths , Chemistry and Physics.
We did trials at the beginning which took a few days to check which tutors were available for us.
Invoices were sometimes inaccurate and I had to check them sometimes.

We do take time when allocating tutors, as this is a personal process — especially when transitioning from group lessons to one-to-ones — to ensure the best fit in both capability and teaching style.
Regarding invoices, we’ve reviewed all records and can confirm payments were taken on schedule and for the correct amounts. If this was different to what you expected, or if there were any inconsistencies, please do let us know, though nothing was raised with us during the year.
We truly enjoyed teaching your daughter over these 18 months and wish you both the very best for the next stage of her education.
