Just stay away from this company, no matter what. First of all, their rates are crazy, almost twice the market average in the area. I enrolled in email updates for my account, and they never sent me any update or a bill—just the regular mail bill (for 5 days of usage, I don't know why), and of course, I was charged for delayed payments. Now I am trying to log in to my account, and their website is not working. I am unable to reset my password as well; therefore, I can't verify my last bill details (which is crazy). Also, their cancellation fee is the highest one I have ever seen.
