Office
I ordered office, and I received the download very quickly, however I had extreme difficulty in trying to install it. I contacted Lizosoft and sadly they were not very helpful and the last reply I got was:
I dont know what you want from me?
I only sell the key not offer support how to uninstall or install it.
That would be Microsoft, not Lizosoft.
So please be aware that they don’t offer technical support. I’m left with an Office application I can’t install.

Thank you for your feedback but that's not true at all. We are a license key provider only and do not offer one-on-one support for installing or uninstalling Microsoft Office, as this is the responsibility of Microsoft themselves.
Despite this, we went out of our way to help by giving you detailed instructions, links, and a removal tool to assist with uninstalling your previous Office version. Leaving a 1-star review because of an issue outside of our responsibility is unfair, especially when we have gone beyond our obligations to assist.
Our role is to provide genuine keys, which we have done. Uninstallation or installation support is not included in our service.

"From what i can see if that office is not removed correctly.
The best thing to do is go to ADD/REMOVE programs on your pc and remove all aspects of anything office. The restart your PC.
There are also ways to force the uninstall by third party open source apps:
GitHub - Admonstrator/msoffice-removal-tool: This script tries to uninstall the current version of Microsoft Office and installs a new and fresh copy of Office365
Also, make sure all office 365/trials are uninstalled, WORD, EXEL ect"
