Crew Facilities does not pay their bills. We have almost $2500 in unpaid stays with our hotel from 2024 that, despite numerous calls, emails, re-uploading folios (per their request), they have refused to even acknoledge that we're trying to reach them let alone give us a timeline for payment.

The concerns raised here appear to stem from a vendor billing dispute, rather than a client service experience.
Crew Logistics is responsible for protecting our government and commercial clients from overbilling and unauthorized charges, which requires strict validation of all invoices before payment.
Situations like this reflect billing disagreements, not the services we deliver to our clients.
