We booked for 5 people needed to change to 7. Couldn’t change on the original booking so telephoned twice and left a message. When we arrived they had not received the telephone message as the guy serving us said the phone lines were not manned due to being too busy. Really disappointed with the meats. Didn’t get all the selections of meats, seemed the same ones were coming around all the time. Portions were so small. Absolutely not worth the price we paid. As for the 10% service charge, disgraceful ! Feel like we paid for chips & salad. It was my husband’s birthday, and to be honest I couldn’t be bothered telling them we had a small cake with a candle so left it in the car. Everything seemed so rushed !! So disappointed …
