But I spent a fortune on seeds back end of last year, and not one has germinated, I thought I'd try a different supplier this year having read good reviews. I've had older seeds that have germinated along side but non of these, from Peppers tomatoes other veg, and a wide range of flowering ones, not one seedling!
A few weeds have popped up instead.
Be back to my original supplier.
Edited to say, how can it be a local problem, when other seeds from elsewhere have germinated no problem, not one seed has germinated at all.
I'm not after a refund either just thought others should know. I've been growing for donkeys years so have full knowledge as a grower.
I understand as a seller this must be infuriating to receive bad reviews, but here it is. It's not personal.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review, I've checked our order database and can only see 1 order under your name for £25, but this was in August. I've also searched our Email system and can't find any trace of an Email to raise an issue with germination.
We sell over a million packets of seed a year, and having a complete failure of every single seed is simply impossible, as any long-term gardener will tell you, this points to a local issue.
Being DEFRA registered our seeds are tested for germination before legally being allowed to be sold, and are backed up via the relevant paperwork. We are not responsible for your chosen sowing methods, weather cycle or any other factor involved in growing from seed.
That being said however, we are always happy to offer advice and support when we are contacted and regularly save lots of crops from seed dormancy.

As mentioned, these are certified seeds, we are always happy to discuss any issues over Emails or a phone call and are now open seven days a week.
