Next day delivery - don't bother

Paid for next day delivery and received it two days later... and it was several gifts.

After reviewing your order, we can confirm it was placed on the 10th after the cut-off time, meaning it was processed on the next working day and delivered on the 13th. While this was one day later than the estimated delivery timeframe, we completely understand the inconvenience this may have caused and the delivery charge has been refunded.
