Poor quality clothing, next day delivery not delivered and shocking customer service

Ordered a Christmas jumper for next day delivery at the end of November.
It didn’t arrive the next day, which is when I needed it.
When it did arrive, it was far too big and awful quality. Very cheap material with poor stitching.

I returned the item via the post office.
This company have repeatedly denied receiving it, and I am now having to open a case with the Royal Mail.

Avoid this company, poorly made clothing and even poorer customer service skills.

Regarding the return, we have not yet received the item at our end. This is why we have requested the tracking number or proof of delivery to help us locate the return. As stated in our return policy, we recommend keeping the receipt or proof of postage until the refund is processed. In some cases, returned items may be delivered to nearby warehouses instead of directly to us. However, we always process refunds when return tracking confirms delivery.

Please rest assured that we issue refunds promptly on a daily basis for all verified returns. We have no intention of withholding your refund unnecessarily. If you can provide us with the tracking details, we will prioritize processing your refund immediately.

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this matter.
