Spent $400 on one of their 3d Printers as a Christmas present for my son to find it won't even turn on out of the box. Contacted customer service and after 2 weeks and several attempts to contact the company, have not gotten any response. Doing some internet searching to find tons of other family's having are victims to the same scam.
