It took me three months to get a refund and the only way I did is because I left a review here. Only got the refund this week so don’t make it out like you are the innocent one. Shocking carry on.

That's a lie. We were aware of your review on Nov. 20. 2024 since we didn't even have a trust pilot site active. Your refund was made before that. On top of that, your order is STILL in customs in Ireland. It's not like we never sent the package, it's just that customs is holding the package for a long period of time and we can't get the reason or the release. There was nothing we could do about this.
