This is my second Danby Bad product quality and unacceptable customer serviceDehumidifier

This is my second Danby Dehumidifier, the first one I bought from Costco 6 years ago, it was recalled due to the fire hazard issue with that model. Then I purchased this Danby Dehumidifier 2 years ago from Costco again, however, within 2 seasons of use, this unit starts leaking water from the body and causing my floor to be damaged, it’s still under 2 years warranty. I reached out to the Danby customer service, under their instruction performed the troubleshooting process, exchanged emails back and forth, and sent them the photos, receipt and everything as per their requests. The last e-mail received from them said they’ve contacted their dedicated team to review my case and would update me as soon as possible. Then I never heard back from them, I even sent 3 follow up emails allowing them a month to respond, but still no one gets back to me. Now, I am left with a damaged floor caused by their defective product. It is obviously NOT a reputable company that would treat customers in such crudeness. It seems they don’t care about their products and their customer service is not helpful.
