Not the best service.

Not the best service.
Called store to see if they had a pram instore so I could see the exact colour.
Was advised they do not stock it which is a shame as it's so helpful to see the colour in person and also to have a push around see if it's suitable ect...
So I ordered it however realised due to my learning difficulties I ordered incorrectly. Emailed to cancel they advised that couldn't be done.

Makes sense as they do not cover the cost to return.
Or charge 20% for restocking fee.
Clearly just about the money instead of helping people.

Such a shame really.
