Ordered seeds which never arrived
Ordered seeds which never arrived. Customer service appears good (I.e. quick to respond/appear helpful by sending out another order) but still no seeds have arrived 5 weeks later. Got my money back through paypal- the company didn't even dispute it. Paying through a BACS payment is suspicious to me in the first place and the company have no verified details on trustpilot.
Not sure if there's an issue with their shipping method (using normal post even for bulk) or if they aren't a genuine company. Either way I won't be using them again.

Whilst we can confirm this is a genuine review as you did order, we need to clarify some details here:
1) You informed us your original order didn't arrive, so we resent it for you. We only use the normal post unless an order is of a certain size, we've operated like this for years.
2) You didn't inform us the reship hadn't arrived, neither did you ask for a refund, so yes of course we agreed the refund via paypal, it just would have been nice to have been asked first!
3) A little confused why you are mentioning paying via BACS when you've already said you paid via paypal and have been refunded.
4) Perhaps you've not looked properly but we would have thought 1,000+ reviews over a 4 year period would show we are a genuine company.
