The 30 of April I went in Moorgate (London)Specsavers.
I took my own frame and I want only dark lens inside and the manager asked me 60 pounds.I paid with my credit card :I am disabled and eligible for NHC voucher of 42 pounds but he said I can not use for my lens.
I trust on him!
When I went home I discovered that for the same lens payed 60 pounds by me he claims 2 vouchers of NHC of 84,60 !
I have no words!
I have contact my bank for fraud!
