I was a bit skeptical of ordering from Sculpt.com; their website is very organized, despite there being no reviews at all. But they're located on Google Maps in New York, NY, with an actual shop. So, I decided to order from them. A few days later, I wanted to change my order, and they agreed to change it. My order got here today, and it was delivered by FedEx. Everything I ordered was there; however, I ordered some NOVOCS from Smooth On. One of the two container caps was slightly open, and only half of the liquid was remaining, but the other container cap was sealed tightly, and there were no spills. 

I'm not sure who's fault that is, but I don't think I will use all 32 oz of NOVOCS either way for my project, so there is no problem on my end, just keep your head up to seal liquids more securely.
