Bought a sofa from Ikea Warrington today and had booked their Hertz van rental for two hours, as suggested, to get the sofa home. Ikea sold us the sofa and when we asked where are the vans, five members of staff had no idea. When I eventually found a manager he told me I had to look around the whole car park myself as the van could be anywhere. Spent 25 minutes hunting for it, finally get the sofa home. At other Ikea stores the vans are right outside click and collect not scattered randomly anywhere on the site!!! NEVER AGAIN! Awful system and customer service.
