Poor service yet again

Purchased new contract through this company.Gave you my Pac number but got my new phone but you didn’t transfer my number.emailed you and it took 24 hours for you to email me back.you then said I need to contact three to sort it.You should make sure you do your job and meet peoples expectations.Why ask for pac number if I have to spend an hour on two three sorting your mess.Really wanted to tell you to cancel agreement would rather pay more and have some sort of service.My wife also got a phone through you and she had same issue.£40 to recommend your company no that won’t be happening
Affordable mobiles are still emailing and are quiet happy for me to cancel and go to an other provider than actually chase three and get my number transferred.Got the phone on 20th of the month and my number will be transferred on 28th.In their emails they insist changing number across takes two days.
If I hadn’t contacted three this would not have happened .
Spend a couple pounds more go with another supplier
