Truly awful customer support.
We had three windows and a front door replaced in May 2021.
We had to have the installers back to all of the windows as after a few weeks it was very hard to open the windows. These problems were eventually sorted out. But this was only after many calls with promised call backs that never happened. I had to do all of the chasing up and get the distinct feeling that if I hadn’t the windows would still be sticking.
Then late last summer the door started to stick in warm weather . Again several calls and many installer visits later it was still sticking.
Finally in February 22 had an independent survey and was eventually told that they have experienced similar problems with other doors and they are not sure if it is an installation or a manufacturing problem.
I am still waiting on an update and resolution for this. I have called them many times and promised an update but never get a call back.
I can understand that things can go wrong, but when they do then I expect to be kept informed of what is happening. But their customer service is absolutely appalling.
So If you want to take the risk with this cowboy outfit, and your installation is completely problem free then go ahead. But if you have problems then be prepared to be very frustrated and spend a lot of your time chasing them up waiting for the update call backs that never happen.
They also promise a 20 year guarantee. I cannot be sure but I’m fairly certain that during the sales pitch I was told this was with an independent insurer. But this is not the case. It is with the company. So it really isn’t worth the paper it isn’t written on. If the company goes so does the ‘guarantee’.
In short, mediocre installation backed up by truly appalling customer support.
