Awful, they cannot be bothered to reply

Awful, really dreadful service.
They do not respond to emails..I must admit, I haven't bothered to try and call them..email is easier for me.
I cannot believe that they have the temerity to boast about "award winning" customer service ( on their website ).. unless the award was for providing dismal service or shocking lack of response, I can only assume this is a "fake claim"

Similarly, another mention is made of response time to emails..."go on, try us out" ..another idle boast.
Well octopus..I did just that...2 days ago...no reply!
I have been a customer for 6 months, having been drafted in from the collapse of Avro.
I am still awaiting my first bill..
