Ho più volte tentato di disdire l'appuntamento in quanto non ero del posto mi trovavo lì per vacanza w x rientrare mi serviva tampone...nonostante ho pagato 89, 90 nessuno mi ha risposto e neanche rimborsato da denuncia veramente mi auguro di essere contattata al più presto grazie

Thank you for your feedback. If we look you up in our system, we don't see any e-mail from you, only an old one, which isn't about a refund. An appointment can be cancelled through the link in your appointment confirmation e-mail, until 1 hour before the appointment. After that, we can't do this anymore.
