Good company, bad service
While I’ve had good experiences before with this company, I’ve never felt content with the level of customer service I received. We ordered during typical business hours with production/delivery dates that claimed to be nearly a week earlier than it’d turn out to be, all delayed because of a late invoice sent to us. We were unable to reach any Plastek Cards representatives for days on end, and generally did not feel like we were of any importance to the company despite our decently-sized order. Even with that experience, we were refused a refund after waiting for a long time given our extremely tight timeline.
Edit: We received the cards exactly when they claimed, which was too late for us. The cards, like usual, were exceptional in quality, but our organization wishes that we could have had an easier time getting in contact with Plastek.
