It would excellent had you sent what I had ordered,!! Something for smelly Bins!!!!!

Ordered for same day collection, when I didn't get confirmation to collect, I called and kept being told it couldn't be guaranteed as they only have one delivery a week. The lady then wouldn't tell me if it was even in the store and said she would get someone to call back. When she didn't, I called another store to find out information and ended up cancelling the order as it seemed a bit dodgy.

Just didn’t work despite repeated efforts floor is still covered in glue , very disappointed with product

After selecting and ordering a bath from Zyber I was given my order details which said "Zyber would be in contact to arrange delivery. Notification would be provided of 'EXPRESS SHIPPING'. Tracking would be available.
No notification was provided. Tracking was available 'IF' I downloaded an app, which I did. However, there was no information available.
To date, I've had no contact, no email, no call. I emailed Zyber and have received NO CONTACT. I have now requested a refund with PayPal.
Zyber are pants, terrible, shocking!

Spent £45 on a specific stapler that I like, just to be sent a completely different one that I could have got from anywhere and is also only £24

Good price, easy to order and quick delivery. Have not used the paint yet.

Ordered Wednesday delivered Friday.
The order acknowledgement message said that a further message would be sent on dispatch. This was not received, I used the link to the order to discover it had been dispatched. A minor issue but as a first time customer it would help those anxious about Online Shopping.

Very good supplier but more expensif then others they resolved collection issue very fast, staffs are very nice snd helpfull

I made a small order of 4 green 8m Stanley tape measures. Thought I’d get a different colour as everyone on site has the same ones and they are always being pinched. What arrived was one 8m and 3 5m tapes in their own brand. Mistakes happen so after 2 weeks, 2 emails and 3 phone calls I finally get a shipping label and just want them returned. No one really gave a monkeys and not really interested in helping or sorting things out. Pretty poor customer service really. Mistakes happen but effort to put them right is needed. Appreciate it’s only a few tapes but couldn’t be dealing with this if I brought high price items.

Cancelled my order didn’t inform me it was out of stock until I saw a refund but the missed the delivery refund. Had to call to let them know. Sorted very quickly but not much help to order an alternative.
