Some item was missing in the delivery…
Some item was missing in the delivery although payment was done;if I overlooked,it would be my loss;also there was harassment bcaz of waste of time n energy;it was also found that my comments in their Facebook page was deleted by them without the courtesy to intimate me. The good side is on my complaint, they took action promptly; hope next time will have better experience.

Very Good Packing. Ordered on 28th August,got it delivered on 7th Sept at Chennai. Have been using dhruba tea for the past 10 years. Excited that it's delivered all over India. If you are ardent Tea lover go for Dhruba and their tie up with Zyana is good for packing and courier

Good tracking system post ordering. Regular communication in regards to thr the order & despatch status. Courier person's name , no given for tracking. Also get a call wheather I hv rec'd the package or not. It's a really a good service rather customer delighted services.

I did not receive the product yet
I did not receive the product yet. I only got a message saying order is out for delivery but did not get any call or no one came to my place for delivering. A while ago I got a message saying the order is delivered but I never got the order. Please deliver the product ASAP or refund my amount.

Very poor quality of tea
Very poor quality of tea, I was disappointed to buy these products, actually I bought 400 kg of Darjeeling fanisns but quality is very much poor,no more flavour is found.

Thank your for your feedback. We are trying to reduce the time of processing. We need 3 working days time to process an d dispatch. But due to several lockdown with the week days and restriction on total manpower, we are getting delayed. We are trying to overcome this as soon as possible
