Lifetime warranty can’t be beat.

Cancelled order without telling me why. Took 4 days to get a response back after emailing to ask what had happened. No communication to ask whether we would like a different colour product. Poor customer service.

After more than six years, my Zulay Kitchen milk frother stopped working. I wrote to the company and asked if it was covered under the lifetime warranty. I was delighted to find out that it was and they cheerfully replaced it. This is a family owned company and they stand behind their products like no other company I’ve ever encountered! I would definitely recommend purchasing from this company because of their work ethic and responsive team.

I couldn’t believe the awesome quality of customer service! I called because when I changed the batteries on my frother it wouldn’t shut off. They not only replaced it but sent me an extra! I didn’t even have to send my old one back. Much more than I expected. So kind and generous! I use it everyday. Such a kind generous family owned business.

The citrus squeezer is one of my fave kitchen gadgets. One broke, immediate replacement by Zulu’s.

We had our first brother from April, 2024. Used nearly everyday and for several cups of coffee. When it quit, we remembered the lifetime warranty. Emailed the company. Jumped through a few hoops and received a replacement plus 1 additional frother. Paid for shipping and all is good. There doesn’t seem to be any way to obtain the lifetime warranty with these new replacements. However l, with 2 new ones, I suppose it would be only right to re-purchase one, if and when these fail. Good company and fairly good communication.
