Excellent powerful blender. Easy to charge, quick delivery. Fill cup or glass 1/2 way then blend so it doesn’t spill over. You can then add more liquid. Works well with my protein shake, also lots of foam with oat milk creamer for my coffee.

My meat thermometer from Zulay Kitchen broke. I would’ve given a five however I was originally offered 51% off a new instant meat thermometer when it had a lifetime guarantee. After pointing that out, I paid for shipping and handling for a replacement. I do like their products overall.

Bought a milk frother wand (under lifetime warranty) from them over a year ago that stopped working. Lei in their customer service team was very helpful in both helping me troubleshoot the problem but inevitably the wand was just not working and so they helped get the process going for a new frother replacement to be sent to me. Not only did they send me one but added another one (with no extra cost to me.) Very satisfied with the product as well as the customer service! Well done!

I purchased a Zulay Kitchen milk frother that turned itself on when the battery cover was snapped onto the frother. You could not turn it off unless you removed the cover and dislodged the batteries. The box states a LIFETIME WARRANTY so I emailed a replacement request and received a reply to send a photo, which I did. Then Zulay Kitchen emailed saying their warranty only applied to items bought from specific vendors WHICH IS NOT SHOWN ON THEIR PACKAGING.They did not honor their warranty on a brand new product and sent me a "sorry, not sorry" response. Stay away from this unethical company!
