Menselijk, klantgericht en topservice!

Onze zoon had een laptop nodig voor zijn opleiding. Deze was ruim op tijd besteld bij een ander bedrijf, maar deze werd maar niet geleverd ondanks de melding "direct uit voorraad leverbaar" en alle info mbt levering bleef ook uit. Intussen was de opleiding gestart. We zagen af van de aankoop, gingen op zoek naar een andere leverancier en kwamen via connecties bij ZStore terecht. We belden naar ZStore en kregen een zeer vriendelijke, rustige man aan de lijn (Glenn). We legden de situatie uit en vroegen of we gerust konden zijn over de vermelde levertermijn van 24h (op hun website). Glenn toonde begrip en stelde voor om de gewenste laptop op mail te zetten opdat men de voorraad en levertermijn op mail kon bevestigen. Dit verliep helemaal zoals afgesproken waardoor we de bestelling onmiddellijk konden plaatsen. Ongeveer een uur later kregen we reeds bericht dat de bestelling onderweg was. Dit was voor ons een zeer fijne en dankbare kennismaking met ZStore. Menselijkheid, klantgerichtheid en service top! Dank aan ZStore (en Glenn ;-) )

Difficile de faire mieux...

Tout est super bon, le matériel, la réactivité de Zstore, les informations, les prix, la garantie étandu et intervention sur place, la livraison rapide, réaction instantané en cas de problèmes ou questions, etc, je recommande à 100%.
Merci Zstore, je suis content de mon achat!

Fast communication + service!

Zstore zended me my first Zbook ever.
As mentioned on the website shipment followed the next day. Someting went wrong in delivery modus due to an small error of the deliveryservice. After a few email with Zstore the same day, a second shipment was send to my adress without any adminitrative process.
I'm super impressed by the service and communication of Zstore. I would definatly recommand Zstore to other highend pc/laptop users!
